Have you briefed the young people, and their families, on what to expect?(Required)
Have you briefed your attending team on active participation and behaviour management?(Required)
Please ensure we have guest wifi access prior to your event day.
If you use an online AV system like Vivi, have you set up a guest log-in for our team?(Required)
Have you organised two wireless microphones?(Required)
Have you booked tech support for the afternoon of your first event to ensure set up is successful?(Required)
We use Apple products and provide the following: HDMI chord, adapter, power adapter, Vivi software, powerpoint software.
