Christian Sex Education Resources | Dating, Marriage & Relationships

The image above features real questions we’ve received from young people in Christian schools and churches through our Big Kids’ Table workshops. These honest questions remind us that young people are searching for safe, trustworthy places to explore topics like sex, relationships, identity, and faith.

Below are some Christian sex education resources we recommend for parents, educators, and church leaders wanting to continue these conversations. While we cannot fully endorse every perspective within these resources, we believe they are a helpful starting point for learning, reflection, and meaningful conversations about sex and relationships from a Christian perspective.

SEX, RELATIONSHIPS, PUBERTY AND MORE

One of the best ways to begin conversations about sex and relationships is to learn alongside your young person. Books and resources can provide a helpful starting point for conversations about puberty, the birds and the bees, identity, healthy relationships, and God’s design for sexuality.

We encourage you to choose resources that align with your family, school, or church values, read them first, and use them as a springboard for ongoing conversations.
