At Big Kids’ Table, we believe education should begin before crisis, confusion or pressure, giving young people a Biblical framework to understand the world they are already living in.
Because whether we speak into it or not, culture already is.
Creating Space for the Conversations That Matter
At BKT, we provide Christian sex and relationships education that helps young people critically engage with the messages they are already receiving.
Instead of simply telling young people what to do, we show them how to think.
Our goal is simple:
Young people who are not shaped by culture, but grounded in the Gospel.
A.k.a resilient disciples with a healthy sexuality.
We call them ‘Big Kids’.
Real Impact
At a recent workshop in a Christian College, a Year 9 student approached us during lunch and said:
“Because you shared your story, I felt like I could share mine too.”
She then opened up about her struggle with pornography and the shame she had been carrying alone.
For her, the workshop wasn’t just education, it was the first safe space she had found to speak honestly and ask for help.
This is why we exist.
Young people are already asking big questions about sex, pornography, dating, relationships and identity.
The questions are: who are they asking? And who is answering!
The stats
Our programs are opportunities for holistic discipleship. They pair practical education with helping young people grow in their understanding of God, creating space for them to encounter His love.
That’s why an invitation to encounter Jesus isn’t an “extra” in our student workshops because we believe it belongs at the very heart of the conversation.
