If not, this is your reminder! We recommend individual packets of chips, individually wrapped lollies, biscuits, or fruit plates.
Have you contacted your maintenance team to set up the space with 6-8 chairs around tables?(Required)
Have you organised the required supplies or each table?(Required)
This includes butcher’s paper, pens, markers, post-it notes.
Have you briefed the year level on what to expect?(Required)
Have you briefed your attending staff on active behaviour management?(Required)
Please ensure we have guest wifi access prior to your event day.
If you use an online AV system like Vivi, have you set up a guest log-in for our team?(Required)
Have you organised two wireless microphones?(Required)
Have you booked tech support for the morning of your first event to ensure set up is successful?(Required)
We use Apple products and provide the following: HDMI chord, adapter, power adapter, Vivi software.
